We grow our sweet little Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in long rows sweeping the valleys of our property "west of the 101" Freeway in Paso Robles. The grapes are grown in the traditional native fashion and harvested whenever Justin decides they are ready for their Premium Wines.

Each Harvest we celebrate by roasting an animal in an underground pit. Our workers like the food cooked in the traditional way, and we like it too! Everybody has a good time!
