765 trees of the four Tuscan Olive varietals Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, and Pendolino grow between sections of the vineyard. Planted in 2007, the young trees are taking root and will bear fruit in the comming years. We are tending to mature olive trees in nearby farms which gives us the fruit to press our 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
